Domestic Shipping 

Your order will be carefully processed and packed within 3-5 working days for items in stock. Please allow additional time for your parcel to arrive via Australia Post once posted. 

I want to ensure your order reaches you in one piece, so every domestic order is sent with tracking across Australia. 

International Shipping

Due to the complex tax implications involved in sending parcels to Europe, I am unable to offer shipping to this region at this time.

I am currently offering standard service Australia Post air shipping to New Zealand, Canada, and the U.S.A. All orders sent to these countries have tracking and require a signature on receipt of delivery. Your order will be carefully processed and packed within 3-5 working days. Please allow additional time for your parcel to arrive via Australia Post once posted. Prices for shipping vary according to your country. All costs are based on Australia Post shipping costs at the time of your order. 

Combining Orders

If you place multiple orders on the same day and wish to combine these, please reply to your email confirmation within 24 hours of ordering, provide your order numbers, and also add a note against your order. Shipping costs will then be recalculated and any refunds will be issued where relevant.

Undelivered Orders

In the event of your order being returned to me because:
a) you didn't collect from your post office in time
b) there was an error in the shipping address you provided

You will be required to rearrange and may be charged for your package to be resent to you.

Shipping Addresses

It is the customers' responsibility to make sure that the address section is filled out correctly. If your shipping address is incorrect and your parcel is returned to me, you may be charged for it to be resent to you. Please ensure that before you check out, you check that your shipping address is correct in Paypal/ Afterpay or on the checkout page.
